New Appointment Reminders for Grooming
We pride ourselves in offering great dog grooming services and are dedicated to providing the most enjoyable experience for you and your dog.
We are pleased to announce that, to engage with you more easily, we have added the ability for us to send you a text message to your phone to remind you when your dog grooming appointment is coming up.
If you allow us, just let us know one time, we will send you an automated text message appointment reminder two days before your canine’s grooming appointment.
To reduce scheduling errors and remind you so you don’t forget and feel bad with a no-show we let you easily respond, via text, and confirm your pooch’s appointment via a two-way sms capability. It is as simply as responding with a “C” to confirm.
You can also choose to turn on/off text message notifications by letting our staff know.
Most importantly Pet Pourrie will send you a personalized text and let you know when your dog is ready for pickup.
